John Lewis 2024 Young Leaders Program
John Lewis Young Leaders Program is open to qualified applicants for the 2024 program aimed to train students with the necessary skills to become effective social justice and civic leaders
Fellows receive resources and support to ensure their success in the program, including access to comprehensive grassroots organizing workshops, 1:1 mentorship from RFK Human Rights staff, financial support, and access to an extensive network of human rights professionals, peers, and program alumni
The Young Leaders Program is a year-long fellowship that prepares college students for a future in community organizing and civic engagement. Applications are currently open for interested students

- Be interested in learning about effective social justice and civic leaders.
- Be interested in campus and local community’s human rights work.
- Be available for the entire duration of the fellowship if selected.
- Demonstrate excellent academic and research abilities
