McKinsey & Company Forward 2023 Learning Program
McKinsey is excited to introduce the Forward Virtual Learning Program, an extraordinary and transformative opportunity for young professionals from various industries and job roles. The McKinsey & Company Forward Learning Program 2023 is currently accepting applications until June 20, 2023. Individuals who are interested in participating are encouraged to apply.
The program has been specifically designed to equip young professionals with the necessary skills to navigate the evolving workplace successfully. It offers training in areas such as problem-solving, digital and analytical skills, as well as social and emotional intelligence. By participating in the program, individuals can acquire these essential skills to thrive in their careers.
The Forward Virtual Learning Program consists of three levels and provides participants with valuable access to McKinsey’s state-of-the-art content and a supportive community of peers. The program is designed to equip individuals with practical skills and tools that can be applied throughout their careers. Initially launching in Africa, Forward has future plans to expand its reach to other countries as well.
Requirements and Eligibility Criteria for the McKinsey & Company Forward Learning Program:
- Be a university graduate
- Have no more than five years of formal work experience (not including internships).
- Be currently employed in a private small/medium company, not for profit organization, non-governmental organization or be self-employed.
- Have a good command of the English language
