EPFL 2024 Master Excellence Fellowships

They’re currently accepting applications from qualified candidates for the 2024/2025 EPFL Master Excellence Fellowships in Switzerland. Ecole Polytechnique federale de Lausanne (EPFL) reward the most outstanding students who are beginning their Master’s studies.

These fellowships, valued at CHF 10,000 per semester, are open to students who earned their Bachelor’s degree at EPFL, as well as those who commenced their university journey elsewhere. The aim is to enable students to focus on their Master’s studies, providing the chance to engage in diverse activities that can enhance their professional expertise and foster cross-disciplinary skills.

EPFL offers a selected number of excellence fellowships, coupled with assured housing, to candidates demonstrating outstanding academic achievements and standing out in extracurricular pursuits, be it in sports, the arts, civic engagement, or entrepreneurship.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the EPFL Master Excellence Fellowships:

Applicants must be international students
Applicants must have at least completed their 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate) when they start the internship
Be enrolled as regular students at their home university during the whole length of the internship
Come from one of our program’s partner universities
Be nominated by their home institution international exchange office
The internship should be part of their curriculum.

Application Procedures for the EPFL Master Excellence Fellowships (How to Apply):

To apply for the EPFL Master Excellence Fellowships, candidates can use the same online form as their master’s program application. Within the form, there’s a checkbox to indicate interest in being considered for an excellence fellowship. No additional documents beyond those needed for admission are required.
