American University Washington College of Law 2023 Scholarship Opportunities
The American University Washington College of Law is excited to announce multiple scholarship opportunities designed to support professionals who exhibit financial need, outstanding academic achievement, and eligibility for any of the available scholarships.
Applicants are required to apply for a single scholarship category as multiple applications will not be accepted. The scholarships specifically cover tuition expenses, and due to limited funds, priority will be given to early applicants. Each candidate is allowed to apply for only one scholarship category.
The primary goal of these scholarships is to support professionals who demonstrate financial need, outstanding academic achievement, and eligibility within the following categories: Alumni Fund Scholarship, AUWCL Global Talent Development Scholarship, Inter-American Moot Court Scholarship, Information Justice Fellowship, Law & Government Fellowship, and Summer Program Scholarship. For recipients of the LL.M. scholarships in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, the scholarship credits can only be utilized during the second consecutive program period. However, in certain circumstances, students may request approval to apply for a maximum of 3 credits during the first year of the program. The Human Rights and Humanitarian Law program will review all applications on a rolling basis.
