3 Million Technical Talent Program 2023 for Young Nigerians (NITDA 3MTT)
The Federal Government of Nigeria is calling for applications from qualified young Nigerians for the 3 Million Technical Talent Program (NITDA 3MTT), which is administered by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovations & Digital Economy.
The objective of the 3 Million Technical Talent Program (3MTT) is to establish a robust technical talent pool in Nigeria, driving the digital economy and positioning the country as a leading exporter of talent. This initiative will engage various participants, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations.
In the initial stage, the program will follow a fellowship model in partnership with NITDA. Participants will be chosen based on their interest in particular skills, and the expenses for their training will be covered. The first phase will concentrate on twelve technical skills: Software Development, UI/UX Design, Data Analysis & Visualization, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Data Science, Animation, AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Game Development, Cloud Computing, and Dev Ops.
