The Make our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Visiting Fellowship aims to host 40 young researchers who seek to conduct their research in France. This initiative is supported by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in partnership with the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research.
The Make our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) initiative emerged as a response to global environmental challenges. Launched by the Government of France and supported by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, along with the Ministry for Higher Education and Research, MOPGA aims to attract and nurture early career researchers.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the Government of France MOPGA Visiting Fellowship for Early Career Researchers:
- Must be a foreign researcher having a doctoral degree for less than 5 years.
- Not have resided in France between October 9th 2023 and January 9th 2024 (more than 90 days).
- The research must be related to climate change and environment.
- Be exclusively of foreign nationality.

Those eager to apply for the MOPGA Visiting Fellowship in 2024 must fill out an online application and furnish all the necessary information and documents.
Required Documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a list of publications in English (limited to 4 pages).
- PhD Diploma (or certificate of PhD diploma).
- CV of your research supervisor at the French host institution (limited to 2 pages).
- Letter of support from the French host institution.
- Letters of recommendation (up to 3).
- Passport or proof of identification.
