Fulbright Foreign Student 2024 Scholarship Program for Lebanon

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates from Lebanon for the Fulbright Foreign Student 2024 Scholarship Program. Applicants are expected to submit their applications on or before the deadline.

Participants are chosen through an open, merit-based competition in which leadership potential, academic excellence, and the ability to adjust to life in the United States.

Successful applicants for the Fulbright Foreign Student program are being provided with financial assistants as well as other benefits to undertake a graduate-level study in the US. The Fulbright Program is the U.S. government’s flagship international educational and cultural exchange program.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program:

Lebanese citizen or a holder of the Special Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees issued by the Lebanese Government.
Residence in Lebanon throughout the application, selection and placement process.
Two years of professional work experience if applying to MBA programs. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by June 2025.
Strong academic background.
Applicants with low proficiency in English will have to attend a Long-Term English (LTE) program prior to the start of the study program if deemed necessary.

Interested applicants for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program for Lebanon are to submit their application through the online system and submit the following the following supporting documents:

Completed online application.
Official university transcripts; In case applicants are unable to secure official transcripts, an unofficial copy must be provided instead.
Up-to-date CV detailing all prior education, work experience and extracurricular activities.
Three letters of reference, in English, submitted online along with the application.
Copy of passport biodata and photo page.
Two essays in English, up to 600 words each in length: A personal statement and A study objective essay related to your field of study
