ExxonMobil Middle East and North Africa 2023 Scholars Program (Fully-funded)
ExxonMobil Middle East and North Africa 2023 Scholars Program applications is open to talented and motivated candidates for master degree program through the Institute of International Education in a leading university in the United States.
The selected Finalists for the scholarship are selected according to the strengths and research interests and they are invited to a three-day short course event, traditionally held in Turkey or the United Arab Emirates. Recipients received full tuition, housing and living expense stipends, medical insurance, and textbook and computer allowances. The award also includes transportation to the United States, visa and academic support, an intensive orientation program, and a yearly professional development and networking conference. Short course attendees developed business skills related to the energy industry and networked with colleagues from across the Middle East and North Africa regions.
This Scholarship is funded by ExxonMobil in partnership with Institute of International Education (IIE). With this unique scholarship opportunity, ExxonMobil has contributed to the Middle East and North Africa region by helping to develop highly skilled and culturally adept individuals.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria for the ExxonMobil Middle East and North Africa 2023 Scholars Program
To be eligible for ExxonMobil Middle East and North Africa Scholars Program, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be Middle East and North Africa
- Applicants who will enroll in full-time program
- Applicants must have lived in the Middle East/North Africa for 15 years & be fluent in Arabic
- Applicants who had a Bachelor’s degree by the program start date in Geoscience, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Math or Geography.
- Applicants who are Citizens of Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia or the UAE.
