We’re seeking applications from qualified individuals for the CMU-Africa Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. Carnegie Mellon University Africa (CMU-Africa) has joined forces with the Mastercard Foundation to assist students whose potential and commitment surpass their financial means.
CMU-Africa is a member of a worldwide network consisting of 33 Scholars Program partners—dedicated institutions working towards nurturing the next generation of African leaders. After successfully finishing the program, these scholars take the lead in driving positive changes within their communities, actively contributing to meaningful transformations across the continent.
CMU-Africa, a key player in the global network of 33 Scholars Program partners, stands at the forefront of developing Africa’s emerging leaders. Through a partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, the program empowers talented individuals who may face financial constraints, providing them with a transformative education. Beyond the classroom, CMU-Africa fosters a community where scholars not only acquire knowledge and skills but also emerge as catalysts for positive change. As graduates, they are poised to lead impactful transformations within their communities, contributing to the ongoing development and progress of the African continent.
