UNDP/Nigerian Government Jubilee 2023 Fellows Programme for Talented Nigerians

The UNDP/Nigerian Government Jubilee Fellows Programme is seeking applications from qualified Nigerian graduates who have limited or no professional experience. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply, and applications will be accepted continuously.

The objective of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is to allocate positions for 20,000 talented and skilled Nigerian youth in a diverse range of private and public sector organizations throughout the country. This comprehensive 12-month program aims to improve employability, foster the development of leadership abilities, and facilitate the transfer of practical skills through fully paid employment opportunities. The participating fellows will have the chance to enhance their professional capabilities and gain valuable on-the-job experience.

The Jubilee Fellows Programme for Nigerians is a collaborative initiative between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) aimed at empowering the youth. It seeks to address the negative effects of increasing rates of unemployment and underemployment in the country through various development measures.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the UNDP/Nigerian Government Jubilee Fellows Programme:

Must be a Nigerian youth passionate about steering the course of national development in their various fields of endeavours.
Must demonstrate excellent academic abilities as well as great leadership potentials.
Must be available for the programme during the entire period of the fellowship.
