Mobil Nigeria 2023 Apprentice Training Program

Mobil Nigeria is seeking applications from capable and qualified young individuals in Nigeria for the 2023 Apprentice Training Program. The program aims to provide young Nigerians with the necessary knowledge and skills essential for the oil and gas industry.

Since 1995, the Mobil Nigeria Apprentice Training Program has been conducted by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, which is a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation. Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited operates in a Joint Venture partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL).

The Mobil Nigeria Apprentice Training Program is a 23-month initiative that will take place at the Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited Technical Training Center located in Eket, Akwa Ibom State. This comprehensive program offers a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practical learning, which includes valuable on-the-job training at operational facilities. Upon successfully finishing the Training Program, participants will be awarded an MPNU “Certificate of Completion” in their chosen field of study, which can be Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Operations.

Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the Mobil Nigeria Apprentice Training Program:

Must be Nigerians
Must be in possession of a government issued Identity card (Voters Card, National ID, Valid Driver’s License, International Passport)
Must have a National Diploma (ND) in any of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering Technology Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology Mechanical Engineering Technology Petroleum Engineering Technology
Must have graduated with a minimum of Lower Credit and no earlier than 2019 Please note that applicants with higher qualification, will not be considered.
