The Management Scholar Academy (MSA) of the Lagos Business School (LBS) is pleased to invite individuals with an academic background to apply for its program that offers research mentoring internship as well as paid employment opportunities.

The objective of this internship program is to establish a pathway for producing excellent PhD graduates who are interested in joining LBS in the future as either full-time faculty, adjunct faculty or resource persons. As part of their duties, research assistants will collaborate with designated faculty members to create scholarly literature suitable for publication in reputable academic and professional journals. They will also participate in the development of conceptual models driven by positivistic or phenomenological approaches, which can be published in highly regarded international journals. Additionally, research assistants will be responsible for identifying and evaluating relevant theories and epistemologies, and advocating for the use of specific ones.

The MSA program is a paid employment opportunity that spans over two years and is aimed at involving bright and academically inclined individuals in research as assistants. The program is designed to provide a structured mentoring and internship experience under the guidance of selected faculty members, who will train, mentor, and support the admission of research assistants into fully funded PhD programs abroad.
