Requirement and Eligibility Criteria for the English Language Assistants Program:

be native speakers of the language they wish to teach in France (German, English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Hebrew, Italian, sign language, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Czech or Turkish);
have completed the majority of their secondary schooling as well as their higher education in the country where the application is submitted;
be between 20 and 35 years old as of 12/31/2024;
be regularly registered at a university at the time of application. Some partner countries and institutions accept other administrative statuses. Candidates are invited to refer to the specific conditions of their place of residence;
have obtained a diploma equivalent to the 2nd year of the license course (L2) at the time of their application;
have a good knowledge of the French language (B1 on the Common European Framework of References for Languages scale)

Benefits for the English Language Assistants Program:

The monthly remuneration was set at €1,010.67 gross before deduction of various compulsory deductions (social security, etc.), or approximately €800 to €813 net.
