The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy 2023 is currently accepting applications from individuals in Nigeria who are interested in participating.
Our primary goal is to cultivate and nurture future leaders by providing them with the necessary skills to effectively and positively influence the public service. Through direct mentoring and on-the-job training, we strive to instill in them the ethics and values of purposeful leadership. Our aim is to equip individuals with the tools they need to become influential and responsible leaders who can make a meaningful difference in their respective roles.
This Academy, established by the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, is a one-year Fellowship program designed to provide life-changing, non-partisan, and merit-based opportunities to young Nigerians who aspire to make a positive impact on their generation.
