French Embassy Scholarship 2025 for Nigerian Students to Study in France
Are you a Nigerian student aspiring to study master’s degree program in France? The French Embassy Scholarship for the academic session 2025/2026 is fully funded. This program is funded by the French Government through Campus France Nigeria to assist deserving students gain their educational dreams overseas.
This Master scholarship is sponsored by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, in conjunction with the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research offered and administered through the French Embassy and Campus France Nigeria. Any aspirant should not pass a chance to study in another country of the world given this chance.
The French Embassy Scholarship program was therefore created to enhance and improve the French Nigerian relations concerning educational and cultural frameworks. Started years ago, the first program seeks to foster the education of talented Nigerians in French Universities. This effort is done under the larger French strategy of internationalization, education and training, and talent development. The opportunity is minimal for Masters students who pass the criteria.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria;
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian and under the age of 30.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in management.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Have a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (priority given to these).
- Be committed to starting a program in France by September/October 2025.
- No prior knowledge of French is required.

- Complete the Application Form: Ensure all details and required documents are submitted before the deadline.
Required Documents:
- A copy of your international passport (valid for at least two years).
- A detailed CV.
- A personal statement explaining your motivation.
- Bachelor’s certificate or equivalent.
- Undergraduate transcript (preferably combined into one document).
- NYSC certificate.
- A recommendation letter from your university (optional but recommended).
