These scholarships are available to international students who are applying to full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs at UM and meet the admission requirements. This Scholarship is financed by the University of Macau (UM). The objective of the Scholarship is to encourage more international students to enroll in undergraduate or graduate programs at the University of Macau (UM). This scholarship is open to both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria for the University of Macau 2023 Scholarships For International Student:

Applicants must be international students
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree certificate
International applicants of full-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes of UM who meet the admission requirements of the respective degree programme.
Nationality of an applicant is China (including Macao SAR, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan China) is not considered as an international applicant.

Scholarship Benefit for the University of Macau 2023 Scholarships For International Student:

Scholarship Package (for Bachelor)

Waiver of:

Tuition fee;
Residential College fee (shared bedroom);
Honours College certificate programme fee (if applicable); and
Minor programme fee (if applicable).

The maximum term of the Scholarship is the normal study period of the admitted programme, which is 4 or 5 years

Scholarship Package (for Master)

Waiver of:

Tuition fee; and
Postgraduate House (twin room) fee

The maximum term of the Scholarship is the normal study period of the admitted programme, which is 2 or 3 years
